Discover a transformative journey of self-healing with Kerry McSpedon, Craniosacral Therapist. Kerry has been weaving together many holistic modalities since 2007. Her approach is rooted in the belief that the body holds the wisdom to heal itself. She draws from a rich tapestry of training, including the Upledger Institute, Dr. Carol Phillips’ Dynamic Body Balancing School, and Integrative Craniosacral Balancing, to craft intuitive, energy-led sessions for her clients.
Each session with Kerry begins with a gentle energy reading to understand what your body needs most in that moment. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, teeth grinding, TMJ, nervous system relaxation, or emotional release, she draws on a range of modalities—including sound healing, Reiki, crystal therapy, shamanic practices, and chakra balancing—to create a serene, nurturing space.Kerry also enjoys working with children, blending cranial sacral techniques with her expertise as a Reading Specialist to bring calm and balance to young nervous systems. Every session is a personalized experience designed to leave you feeling grounded, supported, and deeply relaxed. Kerry invites you to step into her serene world of holistic care and rediscover your own healing potential.
“The goal of the first session is to relax the nervous system. By freeing up the transverse diaphragm and getting the cerebral spinal fluid going from the tailbone, up the spine and to the head thus relaxing the nervous system.
The 2nd session may include intra oral/mouth work to release the jaw and to reach areas of the Cranium that can only be accessed through the mouth. This is great for TMJ, teeth grinding and before and after braces. Mouth work opens up the “avenue of expression”.

“Enjoy the sweet bliss of a Craniosacral Session. Kerry focuses on opening up your breathing so you can deeply relax. I slept like a baby that evening! Kerry is a licensed Massage Therapist so this session does involve light, relaxing touch.”
