What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathic medicine (Naturopathy, sometimes referred to as Alternative Medicine) is a distinct primary health care profession; it is an art, science, and practice of preventing, diagnosing, educating and treating the patients’ mind & body through the use of safe and effective therapeutic methods and substances. Naturopathic medicine encourages the person’s inherent self-healing process, treats the underlying cause of disease versus only treating symptoms, and helps patients attain optimal wellness.
